Senior Advisor, Change Management

Job Description
As a Senior Advisor, Change Management, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and adoption of digital initiatives across the organization. Your role is to provide professional guidance that helps users embrace new processes and enterprise systems by developing and delivering strategies for communication, engagement, and training. You will act as a change management expert within technology projects.
More Specifically, You Will
- Develop and implement change management strategies for digital projects (Oracle module deployments, process optimization, etc.).
- Conduct impact analyses and assess organizational challenges related to implementation projects.
- Develop communication and engagement plans tailored to different audiences (managers, employees, teams).
- Contribute to training materials and user guides that make tools easy to adopt.
- Coordinate and lead information sessions and engagement activities.
- Support managers in their role as change leaders and provide practical tools.
- Monitor adoption of new digital solutions and adjust interventions as needed.
- Work closely with project teams, analysts, HR, and internal communications.
- Ensure post-implementation follow-up and contribute to continuous improvement of user experience.
- Perform any other related tasks that help strengthen engagement, support ownership of digital changes, ensure adherence to new procedures, and assist with the adoption of new features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology Management, Communications, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in a similar change management role, ideally in a digital or technological context.
- Proven experience in system implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities, with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative, client-focused, and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate with certain suppliers outside Québec.
