Job Description

Location: Port Elgin

As a specialty retail store, the function of this role involves all things retail. We deal with high-quality merchandise including bathware, cooking essentials and gourmet food, so a desire to learn is paramount.

Primary responsibilities include retail sales and service, warehouse receiving, customer deliveries and store maintenance. Below are some essential job duties:

  • Inventory management functions
  • Product Receiving and Customer Deliveries
  • Store Maintenance and Cleaning
  • All sales and inventory functions are electronic so strong computer abilities are required
  • Interactions with customers are critical, so attention to detail and good communication skills are needed
  • Opportunity for additional responsibilities exist

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 95lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Valid G Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour
