Les analystes d'affaires sont des facilitateurs qui font le lien entre les affaires et la technologie, ils aident à éclairer les décisions et à offrir de la valeur en recherchant et en comprenant un domaine d'affaires, en recueillant et documentant les besoins, les exigences et les processus, en définissant et validant des solutions, et en soutenant la mise en œuvre. Les BA travaillent au niveau de la stratégie, mais ont aussi une approche globale lorsqu'ils explorent le fonctionnement interne d'un processus ou d'un système.
Responsabilités :
Soyez un contributeur à la stratégie et à la livraison
Établir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes;
Faciliter des ateliers de découverte, mener efficacement des recherches, poser les bonnes questions et comprendre les besoins et objectifs des initiatives;
Rechercher, analyser, documenter et comprendre les processus et règles d'affaires existants qui sous-tendent les expériences clients actuelles;
Identifier, prioriser et présenter les points de douleur et les opportunités dans les processus actuels;
Collaborer avec des analystes de données pour effectuer des analyses quantitatives afin de confirmer les enjeux identifiés, explorer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires;
Participer à la définition des indicateurs clés de performance pour les initiatives;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec différents domaines d'expertise (UX, SA, PO) pour définir l'état futur et prioriser les besoins;
Documenter les flux futurs des processus d'état et s'assurer que les conceptions correspondent aux besoins de l'entreprise;
Traduire les exigences de haut niveau en exigences de niveau détaillé pour la consommation par les équipes de développement;
Définir et livrer les cas d'usage, les exigences de la solution (fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles), les règles d'affaires associées, les règles de migration des données et les critères d'acceptation;
Préparer et effectuer des tests d'acceptation par l'utilisateur;
Assurez-vous que le contexte d'affaires, les besoins et exigences, les solutions proposées et les impacts sont bien définis et compris par toutes les parties prenantes.
Soyez un membre actif de la pratique d'analyse d'affaires
Appliquer les meilleures pratiques en méthodologie et analyse lors de la recherche et de la cartographie des procédés;
Participer activement aux projets dynamiques et d'amélioration de l'équipe BA;
Collaborez avec vos pairs pour maintenir un certain niveau de cohérence entre produits et processus, contribuant ainsi à la croissance des meilleures pratiques, outils et processus de l'équipe;
Participer et diriger diverses activités de partage des connaissances;
Contribuer à un environnement de travail collaboratif et stimulant;
Être un agent de changement et un promoteur de mentalité agile;
Restez connecté à l'industrie pour être informé des nouvelles tendances et apporter des idées fraîches.
Qualifications :
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en génie;
Au moins cinq ans d'expérience pertinente en analyse d'affaires ou dans un domaine connexe;
Solide compréhension des concepts de refonte des processus d'affaires et des techniques d'amélioration des processus;
Compétences en recherche, élicitation des besoins, analyse, synthèse, cartographie de processus et documentation;
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, écoute, communication écrite et orale, et prise de décision;
Expérience prouvée en méthodologie agile (Scrum, Kanban);
Maîtrise des outils de cartographie de processus (Lucidchart, Visio) et de développement de produits (Azure DevOps, Jira);
Capacité à comprendre, collaborer et communiquer efficacement avec les autres équipes et les parties prenantes du projet;
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français requise;
À l'aise dans un environnement rapide et changeant, avec la capacité de prioriser le travail et de respecter les échéances;
Capacité démontrée à travailler de façon autonome et à maintenir de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles;
L'expérience en formation aéronautique ou dans d'autres industries aéronautiques est un atout.

Description:
Business Analysts are facilitators who bridge the gap between business and technology, they help inform decisions and deliver value by researching and understanding a business domain, eliciting & documenting needs, requirements & processes, defining & validating solutions, and supporting the implementation. BAs work at a strategy level but also have a comprehensive approach when exploring the inner workings of a process or system.
Responsibilities:
Be a contributor to Strategy and Delivery
Establish and nurture relationships of trust with stakeholders;
Facilitate discovery workshops, effectively conduct research, ask the right questions and understand the needs and goals of initiatives;
Research, analyze, document and understand existing business processes and rules underlying current customer experiences;
Identify, prioritize and present the pain points and opportunities within current processes;
Collaborate with data analysts to perform quantitative analyses to confirm identified issues, explore new business opportunities;
Participate in the definition of key performance indicators for initiatives;
Work closely with different areas of expertise (UX, SA, PO) to define the future state and prioritize needs;
Document future state process flows and ensure designs align with business needs;
Translate high level requirements into detailed level requirements for consumption by development teams;
Define and deliver use cases, solution requirements (functional and non-functional), associated business rules, data migration rules and acceptance criteria;
Prepare and conduct user-acceptance testing;
Ensure that the business context, needs & requirements, the proposed solutions and the impacts are well defined and understood by all stakeholders.
Be an active member of the Business Analysis Practice
Apply best practices in methodology and analysis when conducting research and process mapping;
Participate actively in the dynamic and improvement projects of the BA team;
Collaborate with your peers to maintain a level of consistency across products and processes, contributing to the growth of the team's best practices, tools and processes;
Participate in and lead various knowledge-sharing activities;
Contribute to the collaborative and stimulating work environment;
Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter;
Stay connected to the industry to be aware of new trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
At least five years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field;
Solid understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques;
Skills in research, requirement elicitation, analysis, synthesis, process mapping and documentation;
Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills;
Proven experience in agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
Proficiency with tools for process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio), and product development (Azure DevOps, Jira);
Ability to understand, collaborate and communicate effectively with other teams and project stakeholders;
Proficiency in English and French required;
At ease in a fast-paced & changing environment with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain good relationships with cross-functional stakeholders;
Experience within aviation training or other aviation industries an asset.
