What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients warmly, both in person and over the phone

  • Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient flow

  • Coordinate treatment plans and assist patients with insurance or billing questions

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth office operations

  • Support the dental team to provide a seamless patient experience

Who You Are

  • Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office

  • Strong communicator who enjoys helping others

  • Team player who takes initiative and shows empathy to patients

  • Dental Experince is required
