What You'll Do
Welcome patients warmly, both in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient flow
Coordinate treatment plans and assist patients with insurance or billing questions
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth office operations
Support the dental team to provide a seamless patient experience
Who You Are
Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office
Strong communicator who enjoys helping others
Team player who takes initiative and shows empathy to patients
- Dental Experince is required
