A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Coordination: Assist the Director of Operational & Technology Platforms in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the digital transformation program.

· Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams (i.e. IT Development & Engineering, AI, Operations, Finance, Human Capital, Marketing, Automation, Continuous Improvement and Engineering ) and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth communication.

· Meeting Facilitation: Schedule, coordinate, and document project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.

· Project Tracking: Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project, Jira, and other project management software. Track deadlines, milestones, and project resources.

· Budget Support: Assist in tracking project expenses, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget, and processing invoices related to project activities.

· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and support in the development of mitigation strategies.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and updates to stakeholders.

· Change Management: Assist in planning and implementing change management activities, including training schedules and communication plans for project rollouts.

· Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards for senior management to provide visibility into project progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, IT, or related fields.

· 6-8 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in digital and operational transformation or technology-related projects.

· Experience in project management or operations in a logistics and transportation industry

· Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Personal Attributes:

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs.

· Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage competing and changing priorities.

· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines.

· Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to grasp new concepts quickly

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, especially in transportation or logistics, is a plus.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Jira

· Proficiency in French and English
