What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and support construction projects from planning through completion, keeping schedules, budgets, and risks on track

    • Identify, apply for, and track grant funding to support project initiatives

    • Research new business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and help develop business cases

    • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by contributing to project planning, processes, and best practices

    • Assist with regulatory applications, permits, and contract coordination with vendors and partners

Who You Are

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    • You have 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in construction, remediation, or other field based projects

    • You're highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

    • You communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

What You Need

  • A strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

    • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple project sites across the North, including remote locations

    • Experience with grant writing, regulatory permitting, contract management, or PMO support is an asset

    • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is an asset

We're committed to providing a safe, supportive work environment. Reasonable accommodations are available to those who qualify.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Trust & Empowerment: Empowered culture with minimal bureaucracy- just real responsibility, ownership, and the flexibility to do your best work
  • Growth & Agility: We're entrepreneurial by nature—quick to adapt and deeply invested in your development
  • Care & Commitment: From top-tier benefits (including $3,000 annually for psychological support) to a focus on safety and wellness, we put our people first

  • RRSP matching, Health Care Spending Account, Wellness account, and flexible work options where feasible
  • Paid training and development opportunities, Manager training program, formal Employee Recognition program

We're Proud of Where We Come From—and Where We're Going
