JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Project Manager will oversee and manage water treatment projects within a designated region. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum experience: 10 years (minimum 5 years in Wastewater Treatment & Chemical Industry). PMP Certification is a plus.
- Education: Graduate engineering in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical from a recognized university.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external contractors. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure project deliveries meet industry standards and client specifications. Develop and implement policies, procedures, plans, and programs for quality, health, safety, and environment management and improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project success.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Service: Implement & support after service team for continuous plant operation & maintenance.
- Provide technical advice and support to the engineering teams and other stakeholders on the best practices and methods for quality, health, safety, and environment.

BASIC SKILLS:

- Knowledge of reading & understanding drawings like PFDs, P&IDs, Electrical Drawings & structural works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of water treatment processes, technologies, and industry regulations.
