Overview:

We are seeking experienced and passionate ECE and ECE IT educators to join our team in full-time and substitute roles starting Jan/Feb 2026. We provide high-quality care for children aged 1–5 in a bright, spacious new facility and are committed to a warm, inclusive learning environment where children thrive.

The ideal candidate will support daily operations, build positive relationships with families, and help uphold our centre's mission and values. We offer a competitive compensation package and are committed to supporting ongoing professional development for our educators.

Positions Available

1. Full-time Educators

  • Infant Toddler Educator (IT)
  • ECE (Early Childhood Educator)
  • ECEA (ECE Assistant)

2. On-call / Substitute Educators

  • Infant Toddler Educator / ECE / ECEA

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement age-appropriate activities
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
  • Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with families
  • Incorporate ECE principles and support an inclusive learning environment
  • Show understanding of Montessori pedagogy and openness to blended approaches
  • Display flexibility, accountability, and integrity
  • Communicate clearly in both verbal and written form

Qualifications:

  • Valid ECE / IT Certificate (BC) / ECEA
  • Criminal Record Check clearance
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Holding a Montessori Certification is considered a strong asset and may contribute to a more competitive compensation
