MowGoSnowGo is a locally operated property maintenance company serving the Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge areas. We take pride in providing reliable, high-quality snow and ice management services for our residential and commercial clients.

Job Description:

We're looking for dependable and experienced Winter Plow Operators to join our snow removal team this winter. If you're reliable, take pride in your work, and don't mind early mornings or overnight shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Operate plow trucks, skid steers, or other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently

Clear snow from driveways, parking lots, and roadways

Apply salt or sand as directed

Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

Communicate with dispatch and supervisors during operations

Be available during snow events (on-call basis)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (clean abstract preferred)

Previous plowing or heavy equipment experience an asset

Must be dependable and punctual

Ability to work overnight or extended hours during storms

Comfortable working outdoors in all winter conditions
