Job Description:

Upper Madison College (UMC) seeks a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager exclusively for Taiwan. This role demands a sales-driven leader committed to building relationships with prospective students, agents, and educational partners in Taiwan. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, achieve recruitment targets, and support students throughout their academic journey at UMC.

Your earnings are enhanced by a performance-based bonus up to $30,000 yearly. The focus is on achieving sales goals while maintaining outstanding student care and smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and recruit recruitment agents and educational partners in Taiwan aligned with UMC's student enrollment and sales goals.

· Develop and implement training programs to equip agents and partners with sales strategies and emphasize student care.

· Foster a sales-driven culture ensuring recruitment targets are met with high levels of student engagement and support.

· Monitor agent/partner performance, providing guidance to uphold strong relationships and support.

· Develop and execute sales-driven marketing strategies to boost UMC's profile in Taiwan.

· Manage the sales pipeline, cultivate relationships, and represent UMC at education fairs and expos.

· Track and report sales to meet or exceed enrollment goals.

· Collaborate internally to enhance student retention and support.

· Provide continuous support to students throughout the academic year, addressing academic and attendance challenges.

· Act as the primary contact for students and families, coordinating with the homestay team as needed.

· Travel internationally for education fairs and industry events.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in student recruitment or related field, focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required.

· Knowledge of student recruitment and/or the high school education system preferred.

· Proven success in sales-driven international markets.

· University degree (Bachelor's or higher).

· Strong business acumen balancing sales and student retention.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven leadership ability to motivate agents and partners.
