Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Snow & Ice Removal Crew Lead to manage a dedicated crew throughout the winter season. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in snow removal, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of snow removal crew members.
  • Coordinate and execute snow removal operations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor weather conditions and assess snow removal needs.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
  • Train new crew members on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job status and any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records of snow removal activities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in snow removal or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in harsh weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of snow removal equipment and maintenance.
