New Construction Plumber

We are seeking a Plumber (level 3 or higher) who is skilled and versatile in mid to high end residential new construction work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential plumbing. This role will predominantly perform work in our new homes division. You will suceed in this role if you have a high attention to detail and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.

Duties

  • Read and interpret blueprints, identify design issues, and work through solutions
  • Rough in and installation of all plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Work alongside our Project Coordinator to ensure high quality plumbing
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients or project managers to ensure specifications are met

Skills

  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot systems effectively
  • Proficiency in residential plumbing and construction practices
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and schematics reading
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
  • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and equipment operation
  • Valid drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
