We utilize 3D CAD Modeling and design development to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' specifications.

Role Description

This is a full-time Project Coordinator role, located on-site in Kamloops, BC. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with the design and production teams, maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role also involves liaising with clients, managing project documentation, and identifying potential risks to deliver successful outcomes within desired timeframes.

Qualifications

  • Project management and coordination skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CAD tools and software to review and manage design plans
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of millwork industry processes and materials is an asset
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing projects is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Kamloops, BC
  • Post-secondary education in project management, construction management, or related fields is an asset
