We use AI tools to support our workflows, not to replace thoughtful editing. Our goal is simple: produce clean, well-edited content that meets agreed standards and serves its intended purpose.

As our content volume grows, we're looking for an AI Content Editor who is comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday editing and who takes pride in producing work that is accurate, polished, and consistent.

Role Overview

As an AI Content Editor – Video & Audio, you will be responsible for shaping video and audio content using AI-assisted tools while ensuring each piece aligns with established quality and brand guidelines.

This role suits someone who enjoys refining content, paying attention to detail, and working within clear expectations rather than constant experimentation.

What You'll Do

  • Create and edit video and audio content using AI-assisted editing tools
  • Use AI features for captions, transcription, audio cleanup, and basic visual enhancement
  • Review AI-generated outputs and make manual adjustments where needed
  • Ensure all content follows agreed editing standards, formats, and tone
  • Prepare content for publishing across different platforms
  • Keep files organized and follow established workflows
  • Work with team members to apply feedback and revisions
  • Deliver content on time and to specification

What We're Looking For

  • Experience editing video and/or audio content
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of an editing workflow
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to follow guidelines and work independently
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Experience working with captions, subtitles, or transcripts
  • Understanding of major platform requirements for video or audio content
  • Experience refining AI-generated content
  • Interest in improving workflows using AI tools
