Senior Estimator – Build the Future with Precision

Are you a seasoned estimator ready to shape iconic construction projects? An industry-leading construction firm is on the lookout for experienced Senior Estimators to help drive the success of major projects across Canada including locations like Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

From hard-bid / lump sum to design-build and construction management, you'll play a central role in developing winning strategies, building client trust, and ensuring every number aligns with real-world outcomes.

In this role, you won't just crunch numbers—you'll lead the charge in analyzing complex project requirements , developing critical path schedules , conducting detailed quantity take-offs , and collaborating with cross-functional teams and consultants to fine-tune project budgets and tenders . You'll also bring a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities , and a creative mindset for delivering solutions that match each client's unique success criteria. With over a decade of experience and a Gold Seal certification under your belt, you'll be trusted to lead multi-million-dollar pursuits—up to $250M—and help shape the growth of the organization.
