Holistic Health Practitioner – Circle Chiropractic

Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Position Type: Independent Contractor / Part-Time or Full-Time Availability

Circle Chiropractic is growing our multidisciplinary wellness team and is seeking a compassionate, professional Holistic Health Practitioner to provide complementary wellness services in our Saskatoon clinic. Our ideal candidate is gentle, grounded, and committed to supporting whole-person health through evidence-informed and ethically practiced holistic care.

Circle Chiropractic is a busy, patient-centered clinic offering Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, and BIE. We prioritize teamwork, consistent patient experience, communication, and high standards of documentation and patient support.

Position Overview

We are seeking a practitioner skilled in one or more holistic modalities such as:

  • Reiki

  • Energy Healing

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • Holistic Nutrition

  • Sound Therapy

  • Other approved complementary wellness practices

The practitioner will deliver safe, ethical, patient-centered holistic treatments, collaborating with our healthcare team while maintaining a welcoming and supportive treatment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic treatments within your certified modalities

  • Conduct appropriate patient intake and recommendations within scope

  • Maintain a calm, clean, and professional treatment environment

  • Collaborate with Chiropractic, Massage, Physiotherapy, and Acupuncture teams

  • Chart treatment notes and follow clinic procedures using the Jane app

  • Uphold Circle Chiropractic's standards for professionalism, communication, and patient experience

  • Ensure care is evidence-informed and practiced within appropriate regulatory or association guidelines

Qualifications

  • Certification(s) in one or more holistic wellness modalities

  • Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to educate patients while staying within scope and best-practice guidelines

  • Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary clinic

  • Experience in wellness care or complementary therapies is an asset

  • New graduates or newly certified practitioners are welcome to apply

Compensation

  • Competitive contractor percentage split
