À titre de Responsable marketing et communications, vous serez responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies intégrées de marketing et de communication pour Nordex Amérique du Nord. Ce poste requiert une expertise approfondie en positionnement de marque, en engagement des parties prenantes et en stratégie médias. Vous assurerez l'alignement avec les campagnes globales tout en adaptant les initiatives au marché nord-américain afin de soutenir la visibilité, la réputation et la croissance de l'entreprise.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Marketing stratégique et gestion de la marque
- Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing (image de marque) alignant les messages du Canada et des États-Unis avec les campagnes globales.
- Diriger la conception et la mise en œuvre de plans de marketing et de communication adaptés aux priorités régionales.
- Développer et superviser les stratégies de contenu pour LinkedIn, Facebook et autres plateformes pertinentes afin de renforcer la présence de la marque.
- Diriger les initiatives de marketing de recrutement sur LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed et des canaux ciblés, en cohérence avec les objectifs de diversité et d'inclusion.
- Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles afin d'orienter les décisions stratégiques et d'identifier des opportunités de croissance.
Communication et stratégie médias
- Concevoir et exécuter des plans de communication complets, incluant les relations médias.
- Développer et maintenir des relations avec les médias, les associations sectorielles et les principales parties prenantes afin d'accroître la visibilité de Nordex.
- Développer du contenu de leadership éclairé et gérer des actions médiatiques proactives afin de positionner Nordex comme chef de file en énergies renouvelables.
Événementiel et engagement des parties prenantes
- Diriger la planification et l'exécution d'événements d'envergure, de salons professionnels et d'initiatives de marque en Amérique du Nord.
- Soutenir les activités de relations corporatives et d'engagement communautaire, incluant les partenariats avec les communautés locales et autochtones.
Création et développement de contenu
- Créer du matériel numérique et imprimé en assurant la cohérence de la marque et le respect des standards de qualité.
- Gérer les agences externes et les fournisseurs pour les projets créatifs, les campagnes publicitaires et les achats médias.

Compétences / Qualifications
- Solide expertise en marketing stratégique, positionnement de marque et planification de communications intégrées.
- Connaissance avancée des plateformes de marketing numérique (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed) et des stratégies de marketing de recrutement.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de produire du contenu adapté à des publics variés.
- Expérience en relations médias, en engagement des parties prenantes et en organisation d'événements.
- Capacité à réaliser des analyses de marché et concurrentielles afin de soutenir la prise de décision stratégique.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projets, incluant la gestion d'agences et de fournisseurs externes.
- Créativité démontrée avec une solide capacité à concevoir des contenus numériques et imprimés de haute qualité.
- Capacité à travailler de façon transversale et à aligner les initiatives régionales avec les campagnes globales.
Formation
- Baccalauréat en marketing, communications, relations publiques ou domaine connexe.
- Certifications additionnelles en marketing numérique, médias sociaux ou gestion de marque (atout).
Expérience
- Minimum de huit (8) ans d'expérience en marketing, communications ou gestion de marque.
- Expérience démontrée dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing intégrées.
- Expérience en gestion des médias sociaux et en marketing de recrutement.
- Succès démontré en relations médias, en organisation d'événements et en engagement des parties prenantes.
- Expérience préalable dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables ou industriel (atout).
Autres conditions
- Capacité à satisfaire à toutes les exigences réglementaires canadiennes en matière de vérification préalable à l'embauche.
- Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada sans parrainage de l'employeur.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire. L'espagnol et/ou l'allemand constituent un atout.
Le salaire pour ce rôle est exempté de 135,000 $ CAD à 150,000$ CAD par année avec une prime pouvant aller jusqu'à 15 %. Les programmes de rémunération individuels sont basés sur divers facteurs propres à chaque candidat, notamment les compétences, l'expérience, les qualifications et d'autres raisons liées au poste.

We're Hiring: Marketing & Communications Manager – North America
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Marketing & Communications Manager directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Marketing & Communication Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies for Nordex North America. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and media strategy. You will ensure alignment with global campaigns while tailoring initiatives to the North American market, driving visibility, reputation, and business growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Define and implement marketing strategies (brand image) that align Canadian and U.S. messaging with global campaigns.
- Lead the design and implementation of marketing and communication plans tailored to regional priorities
- Develop and oversee content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, and targeted channels, ensuring alignment with diversity and inclusion goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Communication & Media Strategy
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans, including media relations.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry associations, and key stakeholders to enhance Nordex's visibility.
- Develop thought leadership content and manage proactive media outreach to position Nordex as a leader in renewable energy.
Event & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead planning and execution of high-profile events, trade shows, and brand initiatives in North America.
- Support corporate relations and community engagement efforts, including partnerships with local communities and Indigenous groups.
Creative & Content Development
- Creation of digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for creative projects, advertising campaigns, and media buys.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media strategy, or brand management are a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in media relations, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Prior experience in renewable energy or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand positioning, and integrated communication planning.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed) and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and event planning.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Creative mindset with proficiency in developing high-quality digital and print materials.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align regional initiatives with global campaigns.
- Ability to successfully complete all Canadian regulatory laws surrounding pre-employment screening requirements.
- Must be able to work in Canada with no Company sponsorship
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Spanish and/or German is a plus
The pay for this role is exempt at $135,000 CAD - $150,000 CAD with up to a 15% bonus. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
