Pay Range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr (Compensation will be commensurate with education & experience.)

Travel: May be required to travel to project sites and client locations.

Rally Engineering Inc ("Rally") is seeking a skilled & detail-oriented Planner/ Scheduler. This role is critical in ensuring successful planning and execution of multi-disciplinary EPCM projects.
‍Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and align schedule activities with project objectives.
  • Analyze and monitor progress, resource allocation, critical paths, and milestones.
  • Provide regular progress updates, schedule forecasts, and reporting.
  • Identify and communicate schedule risks and delays; recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management by assessing schedule impact of design or scope changes.
‍Qualifications:

Required:

  • 4-5 Years of proven Engineering and Construction Planning / Scheduling experience in heavy industrial / energy sector.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6.
  • Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction workflows.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
