Job Summary

Foggy Gorilla Vape Shop is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right vape products and accessories, deliver excellent service, and create a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to help customers make informed choices.
  • Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
  • Address customer questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Support team members and contribute to overall sales goals.

Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to work in a vape retail environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (experience in vape, smoke, or specialty retail an asset).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends (weekend availability required).
  • Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
