What will you do?

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products/services. You will:

  • Make outbound calls primarily to existing or past customers upselling additional services.
  • Sell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers' needs.
  • Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Home phone, Programming and TV services
  • Strive to understand the customer's situation and recognize their needs
  • Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • Experience following a script
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
  • A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
  • Equipment is provided however you will be required to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working - WIFI is not compatible
