Role and Responsibilities

Guestable is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting the Guestable's services and generating new business opportunities and revenues. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies in property management/rentals, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

The candidate will also be tasked with conducting market research for rentals, analyzing trends, and creating marketing materials to support sales efforts. This role will report to the Sales and Marketing Leader and Director. A background in rental or property management is an asset but not a requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities listed below are of but not limited to, and whilst the company expands, applicants must understand extension or further responsibilities hereinafter with agreement of both the employee and employer.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Guestable's services.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Travel to rental properties/real estate for client meetings and showings.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients with an attitude of 24/7 accessibility.
  • Communicate with existing and potential clients regarding rules and instructions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team of any significant activities relating business acumen.
  • Communicate with the sales team/account managers regarding potential issues.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends for team advisory and price planning.
  • Create marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  • Able to handle outbound/inbound calls for sales inclination.
  • Able to perform property showings with high-level communication skills.
  • Conduct check-ins and check-outs to clients to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Able to retain relationships with clients to ensure continuous associations.
  • Able to perceive and prevent client engagement loss.
  • Able to understand and provide client needs/requests and can function under limited supervision for the success of client engagement.

Basic Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing with competitive communication skills.
  • Must be able to have access to a vehicle and can drive within projected location.
  • Must be able to work in Canada legally.
