Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and samples following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS system Square
- Upsell premium drinks and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systemincluding cash handling and basic math calculations
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service, answer questions about drink options, and foster guest relations
- Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables, supporting kitchen staff with food handling or preparation when needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations diligently.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest interactions
- Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior host/host experience or bartending background is highly desirable for creating welcoming atmospheres and managing guest flow
