Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Cocktail Bar Server and become the heartbeat of our lively bar environment In this energetic role, you will craft memorable experiences by serving already mixed cocktails and premium beverages to our guests. Your passion for hospitality, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will elevate every guest interaction. Whether engaging with patrons at the bar or guiding them through samples you'll be a key contributor to creating an inviting, energetic atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and samples following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations
  • Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS system Square
  • Upsell premium drinks and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systemincluding cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized service, answer questions about drink options, and foster guest relations
  • Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables, supporting kitchen staff with food handling or preparation when needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations diligently.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest interactions
  • Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior host/host experience or bartending background is highly desirable for creating welcoming atmospheres and managing guest flow

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
