We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Specialist
to design, implement, and maintain a robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery processes within the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to ensuring accurate configuration data, supporting IT service management (ITSM), IT operations, and business decision-making.

Client: Banking sector

Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Requirement: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 6 months renwable

Contract Rate: $40-50/hr Incorporated

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with
    ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery
    .
  • Strong understanding of CMDB concepts, CI lifecycle, and data governance.
  • Experience with
    CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
    implementation.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, cloud services).
  • Experience with Service Mapping and MID Servers.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
