We are seeking a Residential Cleaner to join our team You will perform a variety cleaning and organizing duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean residential homes, or office locations
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Complete checklists provided
  • Ensure a clean and orderly environment
  • Sterilize various tools and equipment
  • Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
  • Maintain the working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Driving and google navigation is required
  • Using scheduling application for clocking in and out
  • Communication with the manager
  • Arriving on time

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is Required
  • Must have a driver's license
  • Must be proficient with smart phone applications including google maps
  • Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Trustworthy, compassionate, and understanding
  • Flexible
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Reliable, punctual and organized
  • You are a good Listener and all-around communicator
  • Excellent customer service skills required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
