THE TEAM

The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences. Building loyalty with existing clients and employees, while attracting new.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Commissary program to Aritzia employees. You will play a pivotal role in supporting, preparing or serving food offerings with the highest level of culinary expertise, while ensuring seamless kitchen operations and Everyday Luxury experiences for all guests. THE ROLES

As a Chef, you will:

• Execute back-of-house excellence with precision, efficiency, and consistency ensuring our Food & Beverage services meet the highest standards.
• Set up for seamless food production.
• Deliver an exceptional product offering.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are upheld.

As the Dishwasher, you will:

• Ensure the standards of operational excellence in the kitchen
• Support with ensuring we have the best-in-class equipment for preparation and service

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• The ability to work a full-time schedule with open availability from November 3, 2025 through January 4, 2026 (Christmas off)

The Chef de Partie has:

• A minimum of 2-5 years' professional cooking experience, preferably in hotels, catering, or other high volume operations

The Demi Chef de Partie has:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' professional cooking experience, preferably in garde manager and prep within high volume operations

The Dishwasher has:

• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar capacity in a professional kitchen

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for these roles is $20 - $30 CAD per hour.
