THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Barista, you will support with delivering extraordinary client experiences by managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE

As the Barista, you will lead the team to:

  • Run the operations of the Café while upholding standards of operational excellence.
  • Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.
  • Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless.
  • Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience.
  • Deliver a seamless and operationally invisible experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Barista has:

  • Proven experience in Retail or Hospitality
  • An outgoing personality and passion for exceptional service
  • A driven approach to your work and career

THE HOURS

The overnight shift is from 7:30PM to 3:00AM, Sunday through Thursday, inclusive of statutory holidays.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20–$25 CAD per hour. This role qualifies for an additional shift premium on top of the base wage.
