This Position reports to:

Canada Marketing & Sales Mgr
 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our local operations teams. Each day, you will design, run and deliver the day-to-day operations pertaining to the business. You will also showcase your expertise by exceeding customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash) in an extended value chain.

The work model for the role is hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power, Smart buildings and Distribution Solutions divisions in Canada.

Your Role: Own the Challenge 

  • Executing a customer-focused operations strategy and delivering financial and non-financial targets for operations (e.g., safety, quality, delivery, resources).
  • Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service).
  • Developing and continuously improving business processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction for the area under the scope.
  • Conducting operational risk management to validate and improve reliability and effectiveness of business operations.

  • You are highly skilled in building customer relationships and navigating a large global organization to achieve customer satisfaction and support your team to reach the desired success.
  • You have 7 years of experience in managing projects execution with optimized resources.
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement including removing road blocks
  • You Have a Proven experience of managing multidiscpline teams
  • You are eligible to work in Canada.
