Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Reliability Specialist located in Blind River, ON. The Operations Reliability Specialist will oversee and enhance operational reliability by analyzing data, managing projects, and implementing improvements to optimize performance. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring processes align with organizational goals and compliance standards. The role also involves supporting operational reviews, identifying solutions to complex challenges, and contributing to sustained operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational data and drive effective decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Operations Management and Project Management, with a track record of streamlining workflows and improving efficiency
- Sales expertise, with an understanding of how operations and sales intersect to achieve strategic goals
- Other beneficial qualifications: familiarity with process improvement methodologies, proficiency in relevant software tools, and strong problem-solving capabilities
