We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Digital Designer to lead the visual strategy for digital CRM campaigns across Bell, Virgin, and Lucky Mobile, encompassing both mobility and home services for the B2C and B2B segments. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing compelling visuals that drive engagement, conversion, and brand consistency across various digital channels, tailored to the unique needs of each segment and service line. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of customer communications for Canada's leading telecommunications brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and design innovative concepts for digital CRM campaigns (email, MMS, push notifications, in-app messages, digital banners, social) that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives for Bell, Virgin, and Lucky Mobile, specifically for mobility and home services targeting both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging and effective creative solutions that resonate with distinct customer segments.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, CRM specialists, campaign managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and impactful customer journey across diverse product offerings and customer types.
- Oversee the design and production of all visual assets, ensuring high quality and brand consistency across all touchpoints, while adapting for segment-specific needs.
- Provide art direction and feedback to internal and external design resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitive landscape, with a focus on telecommunications services and B2C/B2B marketing, to continuously elevate creative output.
- Present creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively, demonstrating understanding of segment-specific value propositions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital or CRM campaign work, ideally with experience in telecommunications, retail, in a multiple LOB business structure
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in traditional & emerging digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in using AI tools to generate static and dynamic visuals
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, responsive design principles, and digital asset creation for various platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and visually represent the nuances of both technical (e.g., internet, TV) and service-based (e.g., mobile plans) offerings.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
