Gary Moe Mazda in Red Deer is growing and looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help guests find their next vehicle while delivering a world-class experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism — in-person, online, and over the phone.
  • Listen to customer needs and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and product demonstrations.
  • Follow a proven sales process with full support from our management team.
  • Maintain contact with leads using our CRM (Activix) and perform daily follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with our Service, Parts, and Finance teams to ensure every customer leaves thrilled.
  • Prospect and generate business through calls, online engagement, and community connections.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $3,000/month + Commissionable Earnings

Top Performers Earn $70,000–$120,000+ Annually

What We're Looking For:

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Prior automotive or customer service experience is an asset, but not required — we'll train the right person.
