Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting assembly, equipment operation, and warehouse functions to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand and power tools, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and contribute to a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols
  • Assist with assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
  • Use forklift and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished goods as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on machinery
  • Support the setup and changeover of production lines for different product runs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards during production processes
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse settings preferred
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical principles
  • Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification is preferred but not required
  • Ability to read technical diagrams or instructions is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift
  • Prior experience with manufacturing or warehouse operations is desirable but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$26.00 per hour
