Role Overview

We're looking for a coordinator to support our content, influencer, seeding, and localisation initiatives in Canada. This role will help shape community-driven storytelling, ensure regional relevance, and strengthen our relationships with creators.

This is a remote role ideally based in Toronto, with a commitment of 5 working days per week.

The Ideal Candidate

You have a solid background in social media and experience working within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. You know how to write sharp, clear briefs, manage content reviews with a meticulous eye, and identify creators who feel authentically on-brand. You're proactive, confident in your decision-making, and comfortable building strong relationships with local influencers and partners.

This is a mid-level role suited to someone who's ready to take ownership, meet clear KPIs, and move fast within a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

UGC and Influencer Content Management
: Source, brief, and manage the delivery of high-quality user-generated content assets.

Influencer Seeding
: Coordinate and track monthly product send-outs to micro and mid-tier influencers, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery. Maintain the seeding database and manage tracking for our Canada influencer and seeding content through Archive.

Market Localisation
: Support with and manage local events when needed, and support with local retailers. Ensure cultural and linguistic relevance across Canadian audiences.

Community & Activations
: Support with GCC activations, local influencer initiatives, and support with community requests in the region.

Local Social Media Advisory:
Provide input on local social media trends, platform nuances, and content formats to ensure Hello Klean's campaigns resonate with local audiences.

Reporting
: Provide monthly reports on UGC, influencer engagement, and localisation projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-years experience in a similar role.
  • The role is remote.
  • Fluent in English. French proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience overseeing content creation in beauty, wellness or lifestyle.
