A key component of our customer service experience begins with the Service Support Associate. This role plays a key part in supporting our technicians, service advisors, and customers by assisting with shuttle driving, service porter duties, and basic detailing tasks. This will be a part-time role. Starting wage: $17 per hour.

Shifts we would require our candidate to work: Saturday shifts from 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday shifts from 12:00pm - 8:00pm & Friday shifts from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.

Job Duties:

  • Safely transport customers to & from the dealership in the shuttle van.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
  • Listen to and document customer needs an expectations throughout the visit.
  • Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
  • Service vehicles with gas, oil, and other fluids when necessary.
  • Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
  • Provide customer courtesy washes as requested.
  • Maintain a clean, organized shuttle vehicle.
  • Support the service team with light shop tasks as needed.
  • Perform quick interior and exterior cleans on customer vehicles.
  • Assist the detailing department with basic prep work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • General Cleaning.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as required.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • Valid Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
  • Comfortable driving various vehicle types, including trucks and SUVs.
  • Strong customer service skills & a professional attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • First Aid considered an asset
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
