What you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating the Parts team through clear goals, coaching, and accountability
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
  • Managing inventory, forecasting sales and gross profit, and monitoring department expenses
  • Reviewing financial performance and making adjustments as needed
  • Supporting the team on the counter as a Parts Advisor when required
  • Working closely with Service and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive parts operations and aftersales processes
  • Advanced understanding of inventory management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales
  • Supervisory experience considered an asset
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
