What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the Parts team through clear goals, coaching, and accountability
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
- Managing inventory, forecasting sales and gross profit, and monitoring department expenses
- Reviewing financial performance and making adjustments as needed
- Supporting the team on the counter as a Parts Advisor when required
- Working closely with Service and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- In-depth knowledge of automotive parts operations and aftersales processes
- Advanced understanding of inventory management and forecasting
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales
- Supervisory experience considered an asset
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
