Regional Supervisor – Janitorial Services

Your Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Regional Supervisor is responsible for client satisfaction and operational excellence within their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients in your region.
  • Plan and coordinate regular and special cleaning projects (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Manage priorities, client requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality inspections and prepare related reports.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning products and equipment, ensuring availability and good condition.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and assist in incident investigations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the operational budget and help control and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual in French and English (Spanish is an asset).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in janitorial or maintenance operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license (frequent travel required).

Territory:

Mississauga, Ontario region.
