  • Empower Hiring Managers through training, enablement, and competency-based interviewing frameworks.

*Stakeholder Engagement & Enterprise Influence*

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, GTM, G&A, and international markets.
  • Influence decision-making by shaping hiring prioritization, trade-offs, and long-term leadership needs.
  • Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and business leaders to align hiring plans and ensure strong accountability and collaboration towards hiring goals
  • Communicate business insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership with alignment, clarity and influence.
  • Ensure white-glove candidate and stakeholder experiences end-to-end.

*Market Intelligence, Workforce Planning & Talent Forecasting*

  • Maintain a deep pulse on global talent markets, emerging capabilities, compensation trends, and competitive movements.
  • Build scalable research frameworks and market maps that inform strategic decisions and long-term workforce planning.
  • Partner with Finance, People, and Business Leaders to drive headcount prioritization, recruiter capacity planning, and scenario modeling.

*Data, Insights & TA Analytics*

  • Build and evolve global recruiting dashboards, talent intelligence models, and performance metrics.
  • Use data to diagnose problems, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish a data-driven culture within TA—enabling leaders to make fast, confident, and strategic hiring decisions.
