As Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and guide our talented team of Product Ambassadors in achieving their goals. You'll play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional dealership experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to exceed performance targets
  • Managing new and pre-owned inventory and ensuring the lot presentation meets brand standards
  • Creating and monitoring sales goals, processes, and performance metrics
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while fostering long-term client relationships
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to support dealership success and profitability

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven success in automotive sales, finance, or sales management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a talent for turning inquiries into lasting relationships
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude and a drive to achieve results
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
