Role Overview

As our CRO Specialist, you'll lead conversion optimization initiatives across client websites and landing pages. You'll use data, behavioral insights, and testing frameworks to turn traffic into revenue. This role sits at the intersection of UX, analytics, creative strategy and AI assisted developement

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRO strategies for multiple clients across industries Conduct audits to identify conversion bottlenecks and UX friction points
  • Design and manage A/B, multivariate, and split tests using platforms like VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize
  • Analyze user behavior via heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers to implement winning variants
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to streamline front-end development, test implementation, and rapid prototyping
  • Present insights and performance reports to clients with clear recommendations
  • Stay ahead of CRO trends, tools, and psychological triggers that drive action

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in CRO, UX optimization, or performance marketing Strong grasp of Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and testing platforms
  • Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and testing workflows
  • Analytical mindset with a creative edge—able to turn data into design decisions
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Bonus: Experience with personalization engines and AI-driven optimization platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
