We're looking for a motivated and polished B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team and help build long-term partnerships with commercial clients.

Position Overview:

The Business-to-Business Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within the commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is professional, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
  • Present and promote our Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, and HVAC services to decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their facility maintenance goals.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and service presentations.
  • Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building services, HVAC, or facility maintenance industries.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional and polite demeanor with the ability to represent the company with integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer savvy — proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
