We're looking for a motivated and polished B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team and help build long-term partnerships with commercial clients.
Position Overview:
The Business-to-Business Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within the commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is professional, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
- Present and promote our Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, and HVAC services to decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their facility maintenance goals.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and service presentations.
- Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building services, HVAC, or facility maintenance industries.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional and polite demeanor with the ability to represent the company with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer savvy — proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
