Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient education and comfort. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the overall oral health of our patients.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
  • Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for patient record management and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.

Experience

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software for dental applications is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
