Senior Project Manager – Site-Based (Kawartha Region)

A well-established, award-winning developer/builder with over 40 years of success, recognized for delivering complex, high-quality communities and large-scale builds are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of a major, high-profile project in the Kawartha region.

The role

You'll lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, forecasting, and cost control. This is a hands-on, site-focused leadership role requiring close coordination with contractors, consultants, trades, and internal teams.

You'll act as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders and authorities, ensure compliance, and maintain strong quality and safety standards. Day to day, you'll run site meetings, manage risk, oversee change orders, RFIs, and progress draws, and keep execution disciplined, proactive, and aligned.
