Job Title: Senior SAP GRC & Security Consultant (8+ Years Experience)

Location: Remote / Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC and Security Consultant with deep expertise across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including multiple Security & GRC implementations and ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. This role requires hands-on experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud security, role design, SoD management, and GRC Access Control.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, configure, and support SAP Security for S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud


• Perform ECC → S/4HANA security migration, including role redesign and simplification mapping


• Implement SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)


• Perform SoD risk analysis, remediation, and mitigation control setup


• Support Fiori catalog/role design, IAS/IPS integration, and identity access workflows


• Collaborate with functional, BASIS, audit, and cloud identity teams


• Develop security documentation, test plans, and cutover procedures

Required Qualifications:


• 8+ years SAP GRC & Security experience


• Hands-on implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public & Private) security


• Multiple ECC → S/4HANA security migration projects completed


• Strong SAP GRC Access Control experience (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)


• Deep understanding of role architecture, SoD, Fiori security, and audit compliance


• Experience with IAS/IPS, Azure AD, or identity federation tools

Preferred Qualifications:


• SAP Certification in GRC Access Control or S/4HANA Cloud Security


• Experience in regulated industries (life sciences, manufacturing, retail)


• Knowledge of SAP BTP security and integration
