About the role:

We are looking for a creatively-driven Web & Digital Designer who is also highly proficient in front-end development. You will be the visual voice of our brand across the web. This role requires a "design-first" mentality you will spend a significant portion of your time creating high-impact marketing assets and UI mockups, and the rest of your time bringing those visions to life using modern frameworks like React and

What you'll be doing:

Graphic & Marketing Design:

• Design high-converting digital assets including social media graphics, email templates, display banners, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and resonates with diverse audiences.

UX/UI Design:

• Create user-centric wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for new web features, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Implement design updates and visual content changes efficiently across all digital touchpoints.

Web Development:

• Build and launch web experiences using and , ensuring pixel-perfect design, mobile responsiveness, and high performance.
• Maintain and optimize existing websites by fixing technical bugs, updating functional content, and enhancing user experience.

Website Stewardship & API Integration:

• Integrate front-end components with REST and SOAP APIs to deliver dynamic, data-driven content.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain version control through Git/GitHub, and contribute to CI/CD workflows.

What we need you to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience. A strong portfolio and an active GitHub profile are required.
• 2-4 years of experience with
• 1-3 years of experience working with (SSR/SSG) and in environments, contributing to APIs and understanding backend concepts.
• 1-2 years of UI/UX experience with a solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design.
• Proven experience designing marketing assets using Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and automated deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of Git/GitHub version control, including branching strategies and pull requests.
• Experience integrating REST and SOAP APIs into front-end components.
