We're looking for a Sales & Design Associate at our new Medicine Hat location who shares our passion for quality and customer experience. In this role, you'll guide clients through the process of designing and purchasing custom cabinetry — from the first consultation to the final design details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and style.
  • Create detailed cabinet designs and layouts using design software.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with strong attention to detail.
  • Work closely with drafters on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain showroom displays and assist with sales inquiries.

Position Qualifications

Experience and Technical Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales; self-driven with a focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new software programs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential design and construction, with the ability to translate it into detailed drawings.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Highly detailed individual with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor in all customer and vendor interactions.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
