Optis Consulting is actively seeking a SeniorSystem Analyst to join their Vancouver,Toronto, Calgary, New York or Salt Lake CIty team.  Working closely with the Project Manager,will serve as the first point of contact between technical clients integratingour partners' solutions, with their ERP and other internal and 3rd partysystems.  Responsible for developingtechnology solutions and mapping Optis customers' business requirements tosystems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprisearchitectural plan.  Provide input to thestrategic direction of technology investments to assist Optis customers in thedevelopment of the enterprise architecture and maximize their return ontechnology investment. We need our Senior System Analyst to beconfident, versatile and passionate, with an ability to tackle new problems aswe continue to help our customers to improve. They must be logical thinkers,have a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team and to manage ambiguousor uncertain situations.  They must haveexceptional communication skills, be adaptable, proactive and willing to takeownership.RESPONSIBILITIES•      Workwith our project managers and clients to integrate our partners' solutions withour customers' systems.•      Assistclients with sample code, configuration, help clients debug integration code,prepare test cases, etc.•      Interactwith engineers and developers at Optis's Customers who are integrating theirlegacy systems with SAP Ariba, Coupa and/or Ivalua.•      Managecustomer expectations and work with Optis/Customer project managers to meetproject timelines and quality obligations.•      Workwith integration engineers from our partners to successfully deliver thesolution.•      Providetechnical presentations as required to Optis prospects.•      Workwell in both individual and team settings both on and off client site.•      Managecustomers where up to 30% of your time may include travel.•      Provideintegration platform demonstrations and various trainings. REQUIREMENTS•      5+years of overall experience working with integration technologies in theProcurement space.•      Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.•      Experiencein application deployment and system integrations.•      Functionalknowledge of Procurement business processes.•      Technicalaptitude and comfort understanding Web based applications and the SaaS, PaaSand IaaS Cloud models, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Integration conceptsas well as application of these technologies in the enterprise environment.•      Highlyorganized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.•      Provenhands on experience integrating with external supplier systems using standardslike EDI, cXML etc.•      Proficientwith SQL, writing queries and fundamental relational database concepts.•      Strongunderstanding of web technologies.•      Experiencewith SAP Ariba, Coupa Ivalua and/or GEP Procurement solutions.•      Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.•      Experiencepresenting clear and concise technical narrative.•      Experiencewith UNIX or Linux environments.•      ERPKnowledge – SAP / PeopleSoft / ORACLE or others.•      Strong understanding of web technologies  SPECIALDEMANDS•      Abilityto travel within Canada and the United States
