Senior Business Systems Analyst

## Job Description# Senior Business Systems Analyst* Manage the creation and maintenance of the project plan, risk and issues log as well as any other project artifacts* Prepare weekly project status to communicate critical information to key stakeholders and monitor project health* Manage several smaller projects at any given time, where time horizon generally ranges from short to medium term* Work with stakeholders to understand and document their business needs/challenges and prioritize requirements based on project scope and timelines* Engage with other members of the Business Solution team to design, test and execute solutions that meet business needs* Monitor project progress and support project team members to ensure deliverables are met* Schedule and manage bi-weekly deployments, ensuring smooth and reliable releases* Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate (i.e., BA, PMP)* 5+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, 10+ years total experience* Experience writing SQL queries* Experience working with ETL Developers for data feeds and extraction as per requirement on systems* Knowledge of reporting tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau etc.)* Experience with creating process and data maps* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with team* Strong project management skills to ensure materials are delivered efficiently and on time* Detail and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Interested in investigating complex problems and making sense of information* Willing and capable of understanding new business processes and technology quickly* An excellent communicator* Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment* Proficient in software applications relevant to the work (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence* Experience with M&As is an asset* Experience with Dynamics and the Microsoft Power platform an asset
