 OVERVIEW
We're seeking an AI Conversational UX Content Strategist to shape the voice, tone, and flow of next-generation conversational experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product, AI, and design teams to ensure our AI interactions feel natural, human-centered, and on-brand—balancing empathy, precision, and technical clarity.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop conversation frameworks and dialogue flows for AI-driven experiences (chat, voice, and multimodal).

Create clear, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent copy that enhances user trust and engagement.

Define and document tone, persona, and messaging guidelines for conversational interfaces.

Partner with data scientists and engineers to refine AI responses and behaviors based on real user data.

Conduct user testing and analyze conversational logs to identify UX opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Research teams to create end-to-end conversational journeys.


 
QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational design.

Deep understanding of AI and NLP technologies (LLMs, intents, prompt engineering).

Strong storytelling, information architecture, and microcopy skills.

Experience designing for chatbots, voice assistants, or virtual agents.

Strategic mindset — able to define frameworks and standards, not just execute.

Bonus: Experience working with generative AI platforms or multimodal experiences.
