Job Overview:
As an e-Commerce Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in our Online Department, reporting directly to the Online Department Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of assigned brands on our online stores, including our Gibby's website. This role requires keen attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Your efforts will help optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and search engine performance, contributing to the overall growth of our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned manufacturer brands on our websites, ensuring pricing accuracy and seamless operation.
- Research competitive pricing and implement strategies to maximize sales for your brands.
- Update and post product listings across various e-commerce platforms, adhering to our upload procedures.
- Regularly audit and maintain manufacturer pricing across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to digital and social media strategies, creating engaging content as needed.
- Conduct periodic audits of product listings to align with updated manufacturer price lists.
- Provide exceptional phone and email support to brands and team members as required.
- Assist with order management, including auditing and resolving fulfillment issues.
- Work closely with team members, and vendors to foster productive collaborations.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing content and production for high-traffic websites.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and order processing.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional email etiquette.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
- Ability to sit comfortably for up to 8 hours.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
