Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Masonry Foreman to lead our field team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects—ranging from brick veneer and CMU block work to stone installations - are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a crew of masons and laborers.
  • Project Documentation: Read and interpret blueprints, layout projects, and manage material inventories.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets building codes and company excellence standards.
  • Safety Oversight: Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the crew and the Site Superintendent /Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Journeyman Mason with leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of materials (brick, CMU block, stone, mortar mixes) and equipment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a "lead by example" work ethic.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
