We're building a team of Snow Shovellers for the 2025–2026 winter season. Perfect for students or those looking for seasonal, flexible work.

Position Details:

  • Hours: On-call during snowfalls, typically 8-12 hour shifts between 6AM - 6PM. Additional overnight shifts possible during heavy storms.
  • Compensation: $25 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
  • Start Date: November 15th, 2025
  • Location: Thunder Bay and surrounding area

Responsibilities:

  • Shovel walkways, steps, and sidewalks to full width
  • Apply salt/ice-melt where required
  • Assist tractor and plow operators during large snow events
  • Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must We want individuals who strive for perfection.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Good physical fitness (able to lift 50 lbs)
  • Reliable and available on short notice during snow events
  • Team player with strong work ethic
